System Security

ASSLB’s servers, which host all databases, are protected by robust security measures, including two-factor authentication and VeriSign certification (HTTPS). In addition, ASSLB maintains strict Business Continuity protocols to ensure uninterrupted service and data protection. All Lumora data is governed by and fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Note: For Local Cloud deployments, users are responsible for implementing their own security protocols. ASSLB provides support but does not assume responsibility for any security breaches.
Easy Plan Setup

Adding new pension or savings plans of any type is streamlined through a single, centralized Rules screen. Once configured, user rights and roles can be assigned accordingly. The use of Groups enables categorization of members within a plan, with each member required to belong to a designated group.

Data & Payroll Imports

Lumora prevents errors through automated processes with validation checks against current membership. Compatible with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual files in multiple formats (ASCII, TXT, CSV, TAB, Excel®). The import tool allows member details to be captured or updated, with all data validated before database updates.
