Managing Director
  • As Managing Director, Dolores is responsible for the strategic oversight and direction of ASSL Bermuda Limited, as well as the growth and development of the software and company.
  • With over 30 years experience in global corporate business, Dolores has spent the past decade specializing in pension administration.
  • Dolores previously led business development at Pension Software Solutions steering the brand from its inception through to its acquisition by XPS Group UK in 2022.
  • Originally from Ireland, Dolores has built an extensive international career, working in locations such as Hong Kong, London, Bermuda, Spain, and South Africa.
Jonathan Betts (BSc)
Director of Technology & Innovation
  • Jonathan is a tech enthusiast with a deep passion for IT, web development, AI, and systems integration. He’s an outstanding specialist in web and cloud systems design and development, and is the driving force behind the recent updates to our Lumora solution.
  • Jonathan has an impressive background, having worked with Pension Software Solutions Limited and Administration Support Services Limited before joining our team at ASSL (Bermuda) Limited, where he plays a key role.
Clive Hallworth (APMI)
Operations Director
  • Clive has spent his entire career working in the pensions industry. He began with Genesys in the UK, where he quickly recognised the need for a simpler way to administer pensions.
  • Known as the “ideas man,” Clive combines sharp analytical skills with practical thinking to develop customer-focused solutions. He also serves as the bridge between clients and the Lumora development team.
  • With 38 years of experience in pension system development—starting with Employee Benefit consultancies—Clive is the visionary behind Lumora and continues to drive innovation.
